The research is directed to study one of the aspects of uniqueness and creativity in the statement of prophecy, which is "invention ingenuity" In the hadiths that were not heard before the time of the Prophet - may God's prayers and peace be upon him - and were not known by the rhetoricians before him.The research begins with a statement of the large number of forms of prophetic rhetoric, and the diversity of its arts: such as «the elo-quence of metaphor, proverbs, commandments, wisdom, interpretation, argument, supplication, and unique-ness, and others He insists on explaining the impact of his statement (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) on the statement of the people, and then moves on to elaborate on the following sayings: The meaning of invention, the difference between it and creativity, the history of its research in the prophetic statement, and the features of the invention in the prophetic statement, The research moves to the analytical aspect, as it focuses on showing the features of uniqueness and invention in the selected hadiths in proverbs, judgment, and supplication Showing the faces of innovation in it compared to the hadiths that meet with it in their meanings, indicating how it was distinguished from others, while looking at the impact of the Noble Qur'an on these inventions He mentioned other models without application in each place, then mentioned different types that represent various types of innovative statement, with the obligation of research to the condition of validity or good in the support of hadiths in each place.,The research is an attempt to pave the way for a broad-er lesson in which he collects what is true and good of these inventions in the Diwans of the Sunnah, and analyzes them, to learn from his wisdom and argument, and to taste his literature and eloquence, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, and guidance to the soul, and to enjoy the soul, and to satisfy the mind And a pleasure for thought.
