Summary:This study aims to assess the levels of stress among women employees in emergency services. Two stage stratified random sampling was used to collect data from 150 women employees. ORS scale by Parikh was used to assess the stress levels. Anova was applied to calculate the stress levels. Results revealed that women working in emergency helpline services did not suffer from much stress. Within the tem dimensions of ORS also there was no significant effect of stress between various age groups
