Mechanochemical preparation of Ni x Al y /Al2O3 nanocomposites

The mechanochemical preparation of nickel aluminide/corundum (Ni^sub x^Al^sub y^/Al^sub 2^O^sub 3^) powder nanocomposites is shown to be possible during the mechanochemical aluminum reduction of nickel oxide at various weight proportions of the components.[PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
