Summary:This article aims to analyze the inclusion in the Victim Restitution Act Land (Act 1448 of 2011), measures of reparation for victims of enforced disappearance under the Colombian armed conflict. It also discusses the mechanisms for the prevention and elimination of the crime of forced disappearance in Colombia within the framework of this Law This policy describes the progress and national and international jurisprudence on the subject, stressing the repair. The paper discusses the importance of research, search and delivery of the remains of the disappeared, as a preventive measure in the Forced Disappearance.
