微小RNAs与多囊卵巢综合征发病机制的研究进展
微小RNA(micro RNAs,mi RNAs)参与基因转录后表达调控。多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)为一种异质性疾病,其发病机制尚不明确。多种mi RNAs在PCOS患者血清、颗粒细胞以及卵泡液中表达异常,提示mi RNAs参与PCOS的病理过程。mi RNAs与多种卵巢甾体激素的合成与分泌关系密切;参与卵泡的发育和闭锁,从而影响PCOS患者的排卵过程;还在胰岛素抵抗中发挥重要作用。mi R-125b、mi R-483和mi R-320通过调控多种靶基因而影响多条信号通路。综述mi RNAs在PCOS发病机制中的作用,一些功能比较明确的mi RNAs有望成为PCOS疾病诊断和预后评估的生物学标...
