临床药师对支气管哮喘合并肺栓塞、肺部感染患者的药学监护

目的：探讨临床药师在支气管哮喘合并肺栓塞、肺部感染治疗中的药学监护要点。方法：临床药师通过参与1例支气管哮喘合并肺栓塞、肺部感染患者的药物治疗,检索相关文献,协助临床医师分析药物治疗方案的合理性,并提出个体化的药学监护方案。结果：临床药师积极参与治疗,协助临床医师优化了抗感染药、糖皮质激素及抗凝血药等治疗方案,为患者提供了个体化用药监护,患者病情好转后出院。结论：临床药师通过实施合理的药学监护,及时发现药物治疗过程中的问题,促进了临床合理用药。...

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the key points of pharmaceutical care for patient with bronchial asthma complicated with pulmonary embolism, pulmonary infection by clinical pharmacists. METHODS： By participating in one case of bronchial asthma complicated with pulmonary embolism, pulmonary infection medication, retrieving relevant documents, assistingcliniciansto analyze the drug treatment programs, the clinical pharmacists proposed individualized pharmaceutical care. RESULTS： The clinical pharmacists actively participated into the treatment, assisted the clinicians to optimize the treatment regimen of anti-infectious agents, glucocorticoid and anticoagulant drugs, provided individual supervision for patients.
