176例患者中段尿液培养病原微生物分布及耐药性分析
目的:了解玉溪市第三人民医院泌尿系统感染常见致病菌的分布及耐药情况,为临床抗菌药物的合理使用提供依据。方法:收集2015年6月—2016年5月我院住院患者的尿培养及药物敏感试验结果,对病原菌分布及耐药情况进行分析。结果:共收集176例患者中段尿液送检标本,阳性标本98份(占55.68%);送检标本居首位的科室为泌尿外科(129份,占73.29%)。分离出的98株病原菌中,革兰阴性菌59株(占60.20%),革兰阳性菌23株(占23.47%),真菌16株(占16.33%);尿路感染中检出的菌株数排序居前3位的病原菌依次是大肠埃希菌(38株,占38.78%)、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(13株,占13.2...

Summary: | 目的:了解玉溪市第三人民医院泌尿系统感染常见致病菌的分布及耐药情况,为临床抗菌药物的合理使用提供依据。方法:收集2015年6月—2016年5月我院住院患者的尿培养及药物敏感试验结果,对病原菌分布及耐药情况进行分析。结果:共收集176例患者中段尿液送检标本,阳性标本98份(占55.68%);送检标本居首位的科室为泌尿外科(129份,占73.29%)。分离出的98株病原菌中,革兰阴性菌59株(占60.20%),革兰阳性菌23株(占23.47%),真菌16株(占16.33%);尿路感染中检出的菌株数排序居前3位的病原菌依次是大肠埃希菌(38株,占38.78%)、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(13株,占13.27%)、铅黄肠球菌(5株,占5.10%)和白假丝酵母菌(5株,占5.10%)。大肠埃希菌对头孢菌素类、氨苄西林、氟喹诺酮类、复方磺胺甲唑、氨苄西林舒巴坦等耐药率较高;聚团肠杆菌、阴沟肠杆菌、沙雷菌属等对美罗培南、亚胺培南、呋喃妥因、头孢哌酮舒巴坦、米诺环素等耐药率较低。凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌对阿奇霉素、红霉素、青霉素、庆大霉素、克林霉素、四环素、氟喹诺酮类、复方磺胺甲唑等耐药率较高;铅黄肠球菌对青霉素、红霉素、氨苄西林、庆大霉素(高浓度)、氟喹诺酮类、万古霉素、四环素等耐药率较高。结论:我院住院患者泌尿系统感染率较高,大肠埃希菌仍为主要致病菌,其他耐药菌也应引起临床重视,临床应合理应用抗菌药物,降低细菌耐药率。 |

Bibliography: | Midstream urine ; Urinary infection ; Pathogens ; Susceptibility test ; Drug resistance OBJECTIVE:To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in 176 cases with midstream urine culture from the Third People's Hospital of Yuxi, so as to provide reference for the rational use of antibiotics in clinic. METHODS: Results of urine culture and drug sensitive test of patients hospitalized in our hospital from Jun. 2015 to May 2016 were collected and analyzed with regard to distribution of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance. RESULTS: There were 98 positive strains of pathogens in the whole 176 urinary samples with the isolating rate of 55. 68%. Urinary surgery took the lead of examined samples ( 129 cases, 73.29% ). Of the 98 cases, 59 cases were gram-negative bacterium (60. 20% ), 23 cases were gram positive bacteria (23.47%) and 16 cases were fungus (16. 33% ).
