潜伏性结核在体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠后发病的临床特点

目的：探讨潜伏性结核在体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）妊娠后发作的特点,及在输卵管性原发不孕患者助孕治疗前检查及治疗潜伏性结核的必要性。方法：回顾性分析2012年1月—2014年12月在内蒙古医科大学附属医院生殖中心经IVF-ET助孕妊娠后因结核流产的6例患者的资料。结果：6例患者均为临床妊娠,均因结核发病而流产。6例患者皮肤结核菌素实验或干扰素γ释放试验阳性。其中,仅1例既往有结核病史,其余既往及检查均未提示有活动性结核。最终确诊子宫内膜结核3例;子宫内膜结核合并肺结核1例;脑膜结核1例;肺结核1例。且潜伏性结核发作导致流产的患者流产后需要抗结核治疗至少1年后再次妊娠。结论：潜伏性结核感染...

Objective： To discuss the clinical characteristics of the activated latent tuberculosis in those pregnant women after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer （IVF-ET）, and to explore the necessity of examination and treatment before assisted reproduction in oviduct primary infertility. Methods：Six cases of abortion in IVF-ET pregnant women, due to activated genital tuberculosis, were retrospectively reviewed, from 2012 January to 2014 December in our reproductive center. Results：Six cases were clinical pregnant, had abortion operation due to the re-activated latent tuberculosis. Tuberculin skin test （TST）/interferon-gamma release assays （IGRAs） was positive in all of 6 cases. Only one patient had a history of tuberculosis.
