OBJECTIVE： To investigate how to prevent dispensing errors of inpatient pharmacy. METHODS：Various kinds of errors were collected to be analyzed,combined with the causes,corespondent preventive measures were put forward. RESULTS CONCLUSIONS： According to the summary and fishbone diagram analysis,the drug quality management, pharmacist management, errors communication, improvement of management system, the countermeasures of dispensing errors were suggested as the preventive measures.
