2411张门诊抗糖尿病药处方不合理用药帕累托图分析

Bibliography:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the centralized tendency and main causes of irrational application of antidiabetic drugs in outpatients of Shanghai Minhang District Gumei Community Health Center( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"),so as to provide reference for the delicacy management and monitoring of platform of antidiabetic drugs. METHODS: 48 211 outpatient prescriptions with antidiabetic drugs were collected from Aug. 1st 2015 to Jul.31 st 2016,of which 2 411 prescriptions were irrational drug use,mainly performed as improper usage and dosage,improper drug combination,irrational drug selection,irrational indications,irrational route of administration and drug repetition. Pareto diagram was used to analyze different types of irrational drug application. RESULTS: The main causes of irrational application of antidiabetic drugs were improper usage and dosage and improper drug combination;followed by irrational drug selection,irrational indications,irrational route of administration and drug repetition.CONCL
