The Bronze Age of La Mancha

Intensive work in the La Mancha region of Spain has revealed an unknown density of Bronze Age settlement based on settlements associated with intensive agriculture of modern Mediterranean type. These settlements and their sudden abandonment in the mid-2nd millennium BC are discussed.
