专项整治后乳腺癌Ⅰ类切口手术预防性使用抗菌药物调查分析

目的：调查抗菌药物专项整治后乳腺癌Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性使用抗菌药物情况,为规范围术期预防用药提供参考依据。方法：采用回顾性调查分析,调查2013年南昌市第三医院（以下简称＂我院＂）850例接受Ⅰ类切口手术的乳腺癌患者围术期预防性使用抗菌药物情况。结果：2013年我院乳腺癌患者围术期预防性应用抗菌药物比例为7.2%（61/850）;用药时机选择术前2 h内用药70.5%（43/61）和术后用药29.5%（18/61）。用药疗程合理93.4%（57/61）;用药时间超过48 h占3.3%（2/61）。抗菌药物选择合理率78.7%（48/61）。结论：抗菌药物专项整治活动显著促进了我院乳腺癌Ⅰ类...

OBJECTIVE ：To investigate the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in patients with breast cancer undergoing type I incision operation after special rectification on antibiotic use for references of standardizing the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics. METHODS： In this retrospective study, the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in 850 patients with breast cancer undergoing type I incision operation in Nanchang Municipal Third Hospital （our hospital） in 2013 was investigated and analyzed.
