渔用麻醉剂检测方法及残留安全性评价研究进展

新鲜鱼因其味道鲜美且营养价值丰富，深受人们喜爱。我国南北地域辽阔，为了满足不同地方的消费者对新鲜水产品的需求，长距离运输已经成为常态。鱼用麻醉剂能有效降低鱼类长途运输过程中的伤亡率，已在某些国家渔业生产中广泛应用，但其残留及安全性问题一直受到广泛关注。目前关于鱼用麻醉剂综合性研究的综述很少，本文对几种常用麻醉剂进行了简单介绍，对其前处理方法、检测方法、消除规律及安全性研究通过举例进行详细说明，并探讨了渔用麻醉剂现在存在的问题和发展前景，以期能为我国渔用麻醉剂的使用和管理提供参考。...
