Bibliography: | food paper package; alkene compounds; gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ; headspace Objective To establish a method for the determination of 9 kinds of alkene compounds including 2-Phenyl-l-propene, allyl benzene, styrene, norbornylene, 1-Hexene, 1-octene, isoprene, 1,1-Dichlorethen and 4-methyl-l-pentene in food paper package by headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-GC-MS). Methods The samples were balanced at 120 ℃ for 10 min for automatic headspace sampling, separated by DB-624 column, and determined by GC-MS with selective ion monitoring (SIM) mode, and then quantified with internal standard method. Results Under optimized conditions, 9 kinds of alkene compounds had good linear relationships in the range of 5-1000 pg/kg with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.999. The limits of quantification (LOQ) were in the range of 20-40 μg/kg. The recoveries were 93.5%-103.0% with the relative standard deviations of 2.3%-5.1% (n=6).
