Bibliography:Simultaneous thermal analyzer-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy-mass spectrometer (STA-FTIR-MS) combines the advantages of simultaneous thermal analyzer (STA), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and mass spectrometer (MS), and the coupling system can analyze samples without pretreatment. STA-FTIR-MS can record the changes of the mass, heat effect and FTIR of the samples on-line and in time. The detection mode of monitoring the types and contents of the evolved gases under different temperatures and time conditions is suitable to analyze the chemical components and thermal decomposition process of complex samples and mixed systems. This paper summarized the applications of STA-FTIR-MS in food packaging materials in recent years.
