电化学生物传感器在有机磷农药分析中的应用
农业生产中有机磷农药的大量使用导致农产品中农药残留问题,对人类健康产生了严重的危害。因此,建立快速、灵敏的有机磷农药残留分析方法,具有重要的研究意义。近年来,电化学生物传感器因具有灵敏性高、选择性好、制备成本低、操作简单、携带方便、抗干扰性强等优点而被广泛用于农药残留分析,成为食品安全快速检测技术重要的发展方向之一。本文主要综述了目前国内外检测有机磷农药的电化学生物传感方法。简要介绍了生物传感器的概念、检测原理,重点讨论了电化学酶生物传感器(乙酰胆碱酯酶、丁酰胆碱酯酶、磷酸水解酶)及电化学免疫生物传感器在检测有机磷农药分析中的应用,并对各类传感器的检测原理、最新进展及存在的优、缺点进行了阐述,...
