Objective To investigate the CT manifestations of cervical sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy(SHML). Methods CT and clinical records of 7 patients(4 male, 3 female, age range: 2-39 years) with cervical SHML confirmed by histopathology and immunohistochemistry were reviewed. Results The 13 pathologically confirmed lymph nodes ranged from 0.8 cm to 4.1 cm with an average of 1.9 cm in maximum diameter on CT with homogeneous slightly low density(10/13, 76.9%), lobular or semi-circular(11/13, 84.6), well-defined(9) or ill-defined(4) margins. Conclusion The CT features of SHML are non-specific and require correlation with clinical information for diagnosis.
