DLC1不同亚型对结肠癌细胞增殖及迁移的抑制作用

目的 探讨肝癌缺失基因1(DLC1)不同亚型对结肠癌细胞系增殖及迁移的抑制作用。方法 通过qRT-PCR检测DLC1不同亚型在17对结肠癌组织与正常组织中的表达水平;同时过表达不同亚型的慢病毒感染结肠癌细胞SW1116,通过CCK8及Transwell实验观察不同亚型对结肠癌细胞株增殖及迁移的作用。结果 DLC1不同亚型在结肠癌组织中的表达均显著低于癌旁组织;过表达DLC1能够抑制结肠癌细胞系SW1116的增殖及迁移,其中DLC1亚型2(DLC1-isoform2)的作用效果最强。结论 DLC1的不同亚型在结肠癌组织中的表达均低于癌旁组织,DLC1-isoform2对抑制结肠癌细胞的增殖及迁移...

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of different isoforms of deleted in liver cancer-1 (DLC1) on the proliferation and migration of the colon cancer cell line.
