4种野生菌子实体乙醇提取物体外抗氧化活性的研究

Objective To investigate the in vitro antioxidant activity of Hygrophorus lucorum, Helvella elastica, Lactarius pubescens and Coprinus micaceus. Methods Based on the determination of total phenol, total flavonoids and crude terpene of four kinds of mushroom ethanol extracts, DPPH radical scavenging experiment, mice liver tissue in vitro spontaneous lipid peroxidation experiment and Fe~(2+) chelating experiment were carried out to detect the antioxidant activity. Results The antioxidant activity of Hygrophorus lucorum, Helvella elastica, Lactarius pubescens were better than that of Coprinus micaceus. Four kinds of mushroom ethanol extracts had certain antioxidant activity against DPPH. The radical-scavenging ability was more than 85% when the mushroom ethanol extract reached to 10 mg/m L except for the Coprinus micaceus.
