Bibliography:In recent years, the rapid development of China＇s economy and the market economy system of our country has brought not only a greater room for development, but also a lot of problems. Among them, the food safety problems are becoming more and more obvious. Each year, China＇s food safety problems are frequently exposed, such as tonyred events, poisonous rice event, Sanlu milk powder incident and so on, and these problems bring great difficulties to the management of food safety in China. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate food supply chain management measures to solve the food safety problems. This paper mainly analyzed the influencing factors of food safety from the food supply chain management mechanism, and put forward countermeasures to solve these problems, in order to provide a reference for food safety management.
