电子束辐照制备聚烯烃电缆料及其性能研究

针对出口欧共体市场的机电产品用电线电缆需要符合RoHS指令要求,通过电子束辐照交联工艺研究了以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)和氢氧化镁(Mg(OH)2)为基体的电缆绝缘材料,通过交联和添加辅助阻燃剂的方法,解决了无卤阻燃剂用量过多使材料性能下降的问题,分析了有关组分含量对性能的影响,确立了可用于实际生产的具有耐温、阻燃、低烟、无卤、可辐照交联的最佳电缆料配方,其主要性能指标达到耐热125℃辐射交联无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃绝缘料国家标准和出口欧盟的要求。...
