高迁移率族蛋白B1与宫颈癌的相关性

宫颈癌是仅次于乳腺癌的第二位常见女性恶性肿瘤,严重威胁妇女生命。近几年国内外报道宫颈癌发病率及病死率均明显下降,但有年轻化的倾向,35岁以下的妇女宫颈癌发病率明显上升。目前公认宫颈癌发病的根本病因与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染相关,HPV感染后绝大多数的宿主免疫系统可以将病毒清除,当机体免疫系统功能下调,宫颈上皮细胞因受HPV感染不能有效清除病毒,最终导致宫颈癌发生。病毒感染后通过多种机制逃脱免疫识别。高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)在诱导宿主免疫抑制过程中起到重要作用,在蛋白表达水平上为宫颈鳞癌相关蛋白,但由HPV感染所致慢性炎症进展为宫颈癌这一过程中HMGB1是否发挥作用及其具体作用机制仍不...

Bibliography:Cervical cancer is second only to breast cancer was the most common female malignant tumor, a serious threat to women′s lives.
