方证辨证发展脉络及应用前景
方证辨证是一种临床诊疗思维方法,其思想起源于《伤寒杂病论》。在其发展历程中,得到了后世医家的重视和深入研究。本文从方证理论的思想来源,方证辨证与方证相关的区别,以及方证辨证与其他8种辨证方法相比的优越性等方面入手,对这一辨证方法的提出和发展作出了初步分析。方证辨证有别于方证相关,集辨证与论治于一体,是中医辨证论治方法中最直接的方法,方证辨证是方证与病证的相对应,强调抓主证的重要性。作为一种新的学术观点,方证辨证法在临床辨病中具有很高的使用价值,值得我们去深入研究。...

| Bibliography: | 11-3574/R A TCM term of formula-based syndrome differentiation, which originated from Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases, is a method of syndrome differentiation for TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment. The medical practitioners of later generations have been studying it in its long history. This paper tried to study the origin and development of the method, based on its thought origin, on the difference between formula-based syndrome differentiation and formula-related syndrome, and on its supe- riority with the other eight syndrome differentiation methods. Undoubtedly, formula-based syndrome dif- ferentiation is different from formula-related syndrome, and it is the most direct method of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, combined syndrome differentiation with treatment.
