中医肺藏系统的功能性症状
目的提出中医肺藏系统的功能性症状及其确认方法。方法依托中医症状病机数据库,参考中医肺藏系统的特有功能和解剖定位,筛选能且仅能用肺藏系统的特有功能异常做出直接病机解释的症状。结果肺藏系统的功能性症状有：喷嚏、呼多吸少、吸多呼少、呼吸急促、呼吸困难、呼吸气粗、呼吸微弱、语声低微、语声高亢、语声重浊、咳嗽、咳声低微、咳声重浊、声音嘶哑、气短懒言、多汗、少汗、无汗、自汗、盗汗。结论肺藏系统的特有功能,和能且仅能用肺藏系统的特有功能做出直接病机解释是寻找肺藏系统功能性症状的重要依据,上述任一功能性症状的发生都说明病位在肺藏系统。中医肺藏系统的功能应是呼吸系统、汗腺和神经内分泌系统共同作用的结果。...
