Summary:目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2（matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2）和细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子（extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer,EMMPRIN）在视网膜母细胞瘤（retinoblastoma,Rb）中的表达及其与临床病程的关系。方法：用免疫组织化学SABC法分别检测39例Rb中MMP-2及EMMPRIN的表达;用LEICA IM 50型全自动医学图像分析系统测量其平均灰度值,比较不同临床和病理阶段Rb中表达MMP-2和EMMPRIN的差异及二者阳性表达之间的关系。结果：Rb患者39例中MMP-2阳性表达35例（灰度值为109.64±14.52）,占90%;EMMPRIN阳性表达33例（灰度值为108.01±13.60）,占85%;青光眼期Rb中MMP-2和EMMPRIN的表达（灰度值分别为108.21±11.47,107.56±14.32）明显高于眼内期（灰度值分别为121.13±11.32,119.34±12.66;P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,眼外期二者表达（灰度值分别为91.03±11.71,92.26±12.93）明显高于青光眼期（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;视神经浸润组Rb中MMP-2和EMMPRIN的表达（灰度值分别为103.89±13.39,105.23±14.00）明显高于无视神经浸润组（灰度值分别为118.39±15.11,117.53±16.13;P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论：MMP-2及EMMPRIN的表达水平可能与Rb的浸润转移有关。

AIM ： To investigate expressions of matrix metalloproteinase- 2（ M M P- 2） and extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer（ EM M PRIN） in retinoblastom a（ Rb） and the relationships between MMP-2,EMMPRIN and tum or development.METHODS： Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect expressions of MMP- 2 and EM M PRIN in 39 cases of paraffinem bedded Rb samples. Quantitative analysis of expressions of M M P- 2 and EM M PRIN were assessed by m easuring the mean gray scale of Rb tissue with LEICA IM50 Color Pathologic Analysis System. The differences of expressions of M M P- 2 and EM M PRIN in each clinical and pathological stage were statistically analyzed,and the same step was also undertaken to study the relationship between Rb with M M P-2 positive expression and that with EM M PRIN positive expression.RESULTS： The positive expression rate of MMP-2 was90%（ Gray value： 109. 64 ± 14. 52; 35 /39）,and that of EM M PRIN was 85%（ Gray value： 108. 01±13. 60; 33 /39）.The expressions of M M P- 2 and EM
