Bibliography:Large-scale instruments and equipment are significant components to guarantee the efficiency and degree of university education and research. Construction quality and funds utilization could be evidently improved in terms of exploring the pre-purchase technological demonstration for large-scale instruments and equipment. Many procedures are specifically taken into account,e. g. pre-purchase technological demonstration,clarified requirement for equipment construction,detailed and impeccable equipment purchasing targets and construction schemes and the controlled linkage mechanism between pre-purchase technological demonstration and equipment construction. This paper probes into the pre-purchase technological demonstration of the procedure and management of large-scale instruments and equipment in Chongqing University.
