将光电编码器使用在金属电子逸出功实验仪中,实现金属电子逸出功仪器中电流电压的无磨损调节。手动旋转光电编码器,由此产生控制信号,经单片机处理,DA数模转换,产生实验所需要的直流高压或电流。改装后的金属电子逸出功实验仪实现了电压调节装置的永久性使用而不产生机械磨损,不受环境温度等因素的影响,克服了电位器带来的各种弊端。结果显示了实验数据精度的提高。...

Bibliography: | We propose that photoelectric encoder can be used to provide the digital signal and adjust the high voltage DC in the experiment of metal electronic escape work. Through turning the encoder manually,the control signal is produced,and processed by the singlechip. Then it produces the electric voltage or current. Using the device,there is little abrasion for permanent use and it is not affected by environmental or temperature. It slao does not need to replace the potentiometer. We apply this device in the experiment of the work function of metal electrons,and find that the data precision is significantly increased. This is helpful for arranging the experiment in order and reduce the experiment cost.
