The laboratorial safety management and cultural development were preliminarily studied according to the basically student-centered idea in the engineering education accreditation system. Firstly,in order to ensure students are absolutely safe during experiments and improve students ' correct understanding of safety and awareness of selfprotection,security assurance system composed by security facilities,security signs and security education should be established. Secondly,in order to cultivate students ' lifelong learning,strengthen students ' engineering professional standards and social responsibility,at the same time,the system should track and evaluate students' whole activities in the lab. The reading culture of comprehensive showcase,the documentary culture of deep penetrating and subtle professional identity were established.
