长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)通过影响表观遗传修饰在多种肿瘤的发生发展中起到重要作用,HOX转录反义RNA(HOX transcript antisense RNA,HOTAIR)是其中研究较为深入的一种,其在多种肿瘤中的作用已明确。

Bibliography: | The long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)plays an important role in the occurrence and development of multiple tumors through regulating the epigenetic modification.HOX transcript antisense RNA(HOTAIR),one of the most deeply studied lncRNAs,was proved to have clear impact in various tumors. Many lncRNAs including HOTAIR could combine with the polycomb repress complex 2(PRC2),while the histone lysine N-methyl transferase EZH2 was the key subunit of PRC2 in its catalytic action. The methylation of histone H3 mediated by EZH2 was associated with the occurrence and development of multiple tumors, meanwhile the interaction between HOTAIR and EZH2 was also been confirmed in many tumors. This article summarized the fuction of HOTAIR and EZH2 in different tumors and the interaction between them, furthermore to explore the research and application value of these two factors.
