构建一流公共仪器平台的关键与对策

构建大型仪器设备共享平台是当前各高校提高仪器设备使用率的主流趋势,也是确保教学和科研工作的重要物质保障。医学院结合公共技术平台近3年来仪器共享管理工作的探索与实践,就有效管理组织和机构、信息化开放预约管理系统、开展培训工作、实验队伍建设等,对构建一流大型公共仪器平台的关键环节进行了分析和探讨。并针对存在的问题,从争取稳定的投入资金及项目支持、完善效益评价体系、加强高层次人才队伍建设、加强大型仪器设备维修管理等方面提出了发展建议,对全国公共技术平台的建设可供参考。...

Construction of large-scale instruments sharing platform is the main trend of the current institutions of higher universities to improve equipment utilization,and also the important material security for teaching and researching work.It has been widespread concerned by the whole society including colleges and universities.
