基于工程能力培养的“金工实习”教学改革

针对目前传统"金工实习"教学中存在的问题,寻找适合工程能力培养的"金工实习"教学的方式方法。采用"模块单元化组织、菜单式选项"的教学模式,解决了实习内容多与实习时间有限、实习专业数多与专业需求不相同等问题;采用"多层次"的教学方案,解决了实习内容单一与综合能力培养等问题;在创新教育方法上采用"课内普及型、课外综合型"的形式,在金工实习课程中融入了创新教育和工程素质教育,并编写出版了金工实习特色教材。改革后的"金工实习"课程为学生营造了更好的工程训练环境。...

Bibliography:Probing into the problems in current teaching of metalworking practice course,this paper seeks for novel teaching methods that suit engineering ability cultivation. We apply "modular"course organization method and "menu options"to classify all teaching resource modular. And by "layered teaching method",we make the teaching content to suit to different majors' requirements. We employ "universal work in class"and "composite work off class"to involve creativity education and engineering quality-oriented education in the course. All lead to improve individuality in teaching as well as form a new teaching method in metalworking practice course.
