小肽螯合铜、铁、锰、锌、硒对仔猪生长性能及代谢影响

Summary:试验旨在研究饲料中添加小肽螯合铜、铁、锰、锌、硒对仔猪生产性能、血清生化指标以及肝、肾、脾、胰、背最长肌、血清、粪中铜、铁、锰、锌、硒含量影响。选择健康、体重(12.44±0.41)kg 38日龄大约克夏仔猪144头,随机分3组,每组3个重复,每个重复16头猪,对照组为基础饲粮添加无机微量元素;试验1组为基础饲粮添加小肽螯合微量元素+无机微量元素;试验2组添加全有机微量元素,预饲5 d,正式试验20 d。结果表明,(1)与对照组相比,试验1组和试验2组平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比均无显著差异(P>0.05);(2)与对照组相比,试验1组和试验2组总铁结合力、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu-Zn-SOD)、锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)、铜蓝蛋白、碱性磷酸酶均无显著差异(P>0.05),试验2组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性分别比对照组和试验1组极显著提高8.55%、8.25%(P0.05);(4)与对照组相比,试验2组比对照组胰锰含量极显著提高55.96%(P0.05);(5)试验2组肾硒含量比对照组和试验1组分别极显著提高40.71%、31.90%(P0.05)。试验结果表明,小肽螯合铜、铁、锰、锌、硒部分代替可提高锰的吸收利用率;小肽螯合铜、铁、锰、锌、硒全部代替可提高锰、硒的吸收利用率。部分替代小肽螯合微量元素组可起到一定的代替效果,全小肽螯合微量元素组具备较高应用潜力。

The paper was conducted to investigate the effects on the growth performance, serum biochemical index, and the content of copper, iron, manganese, zinc and selenium in liver, kidney,spleen, pancreas, longissmus dorsi muscle, serum, fecal in piglets.
