大脑半球炎性肌纤维母细胞肉瘤1例并文献复习

目的探讨大脑半球炎性肌纤维母细胞肉瘤的诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析1例大脑半球炎性肌纤维母细胞肉瘤患者的临床资料。患者因头痛、头晕、走路不稳5 d入院;术前MRI示：顶叶大脑镰旁的占位性病变;行开颅手术完整切除肿瘤。结果术后常规病理检查诊断为炎性肌纤维母细胞肉瘤,手术后患者临床症状消失。术后2个月复查未见复发。结论颅内炎性肌纤维母细胞肉瘤临床极为罕见,缺乏典型症状体征和影像学表现,极易误诊为其他疾病;诊断需待病理检查结果;最佳治疗方案为手术完整切除肿瘤。...

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of hemicerebrum inflammatory myofibroblastic sarcoma. Methods The clinical data of one patient with hemicerebrum inflammatory myofibroblastic sarcoma was analyzed retrospectively. With the chief complaint of headache,dizziness,walking instability for 5 days,preoperative MRI showed that parietal cerebral falx occupying lesion, total resection of tumour was performed. Results Inflammatory myofibroblastic sarcoma was diagnosed by routine pathologic examination after operation and clinical symptoms disappeared after operation. No recurrence was found after 2 months of operation. Conclusions Intracranial myofibroblastic sarcoma is extremely rare,without symptoms and signs,imaging findings,easily misdiagnosed as other diseases.
