With the exploration of practice teaching and the laboratory construction of Bio-Mol medical laboratory in Sichuan University,the preclinical experiment curriculum reformation was performed in the National Preclinical Medical Experimental Teaching Center of Sichuan University. The final test and evaluation of the practice training education was improved and useful to implement in universities. These points involved in ＂preclinical biomolecular experiments＂were discussed to improve the teaching effects in education,as well. The major curriculum arrangement and some correlation were analyzed in details. The basic properties and teaching implications of this practice curriculum were clarified according to the scientific features and teaching subjects in order to transform the previous opinions of practical teaching and enhance the final test and evaluation system of the practice training education.
