下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉误注次氯酸钠意外

次氯酸钠（NaClO）是一种高效快速的广谱抗菌剂,使用不当可引起一系列不良反应。本文报道1例误将1%NaClO作为麻醉药进行下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉时引发的医疗意外。

Its properties include broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and ability to dissolve necrotic tissues. However, when used improperly, NaC10 can cause a series of adverse reactions, such as mucosal inflammation, irritation, or injury. This paper presents a case of accidental injection of NaC10 in inferior alveolar nerve block anesthesia.
