The classic Wnt/β-catenin pathway plays a crucial role in the differentiation and proliferation of osteoblasts.Any factor in the pathway can affect the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts.In recent years, a large number of studies show that R-spondins ( RSPOs) is an important regulating factor in Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.This paper reviews the progress in Rspo1 regulation of osteoblast differentiation through Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.
