绝经后骨质疏松症患者舌象瘀斑指数与骨密度T值及骨痛VAS评分相关性探讨
目的探讨绝经后骨质疏松症患者舌象瘀斑指数与骨密度及骨痛评分的相关性。方法绝经后骨质疏松症患者(PMO组)30例,骨密度(BMD)正常绝经妇女(非PMO组)30例,均采用ZBOX-I型中医舌脉象数字化采集分析系统进行舌象采集,双能X线吸收法(DEXA)测定L2-L4腰椎BMD,疼痛VAS评分法进行骨痛评分。结果 PMO组舌象瘀斑指数明显高于非PMO组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001);PMO组舌象瘀斑指数与骨密度T值间具有相关性(P〈0.05),且呈负相关;PMO组骨痛VAS评分明显高于非PMO组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001);PMO组舌象瘀斑指数与骨痛VAS评分间具有相关性(P〈0.0...
