应用型本科实训考核方案的制定和思考
为培养学生的实践能力和创新、创业精神,充分发挥实训的实践练兵作用,制定了实训的考核方案。方案以生物技术专业发酵食品生产方向实训为例,立足当地行业,分析人才素养需求,依次归纳确立了实训课程考核目标、考核内容（知识、技能和素质）、根据考核内容灵活选择的多种方式结合的考核方法,并总结出制定考核内容需注意的代表性和完整性、全面性、可行性、统一性和重点侧重、时代性的五个原则。该考核方案实施后,得到良好的企业反馈、开创了师生共进的局面。为了使考核方案紧随社会和行业发展,需从优化课程体系、加强实训师资、调动学生兴趣、加强社会参与等方面为方案改进创造更多机会。该实训考核方案可以推广到其他应用型本科院校使用。...
