多种药物联合鼠神经生长因子治疗外伤性视神经挫伤

目的:观察外伤性视神经挫伤后应用鼠神经生长因子治疗疗效,评价该药的治疗效果。方法:选取2012-01/2016-01收治的外伤性视神经挫伤患者48例50眼进行回顾性研究,随机分为两组,治疗组24例24眼,对照组24例26眼;治疗组主要应用鼠神经生长因子30μg,每日1次,肌肉注射,用药6wk,同时给以高压氧舱、糖皮质激素类及维生素类药物;对照组除不加用鼠神经生长因子外,其余治疗同治疗组。所有患者均在用药后6wk复查视力、视觉诱发电位(visual evoked potential,VEP)、平均光敏感度(mean sensitivity,MS)、视野平均缺损(mean deviation,MD...

Summary:目的:观察外伤性视神经挫伤后应用鼠神经生长因子治疗疗效,评价该药的治疗效果。方法:选取2012-01/2016-01收治的外伤性视神经挫伤患者48例50眼进行回顾性研究,随机分为两组,治疗组24例24眼,对照组24例26眼;治疗组主要应用鼠神经生长因子30μg,每日1次,肌肉注射,用药6wk,同时给以高压氧舱、糖皮质激素类及维生素类药物;对照组除不加用鼠神经生长因子外,其余治疗同治疗组。所有患者均在用药后6wk复查视力、视觉诱发电位(visual evoked potential,VEP)、平均光敏感度(mean sensitivity,MS)、视野平均缺损(mean deviation,MD)。结果:用药6wk后,治疗组与对照组最佳矫正视力比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组VEP P100波潜伏期为98.76±6.93ms、振幅5.22±1.64μV,对照组分别为116.52±8.82ms、4.28±1.75μV,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组与对照组MS、MD比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:外伤性视神经挫伤应用鼠神经生长因子治疗后,有更为明显的疗效。

AIM: To observe the effect of nerve growth factor treatment on traumatic optic nerve contusion and evaluate its therapeutic effect.
