树莓果实与休眠芽生长过程中内源激素含量变化研究

以‘哈瑞太慈’和‘费尔杜德’两个树莓品种为试验材料,测定其果实与休眠芽在生长过程中生长素、赤霉素和脱落酸三种内源激素含量变化趋势,以及对两个品种间作出比较,并分析三种内源激素比值及相关性。结果表明,树莓果实生长成熟过程中,费尔杜德和哈瑞太慈两个品种果实中内源激素含量变化趋势基本相同,GA3含量呈"先上升后下降"规律,IAA含量呈"下降—上升—下降"规律,ABA含量呈"上升—下降—上升—下降"规律。GA3/ABA和GA3/IAA比值变化趋势一致,皆为"先上升后下降",费尔杜德果实GA3/ABA比值在红熟期后略有上升。IAA/ABA比值变化呈"下降—上升—下降"趋势。果实中三种激素互相相关性不显著...

With Fertodi Zamatos and Heritage as the experimental materials, determine the tendency of endogenous hormone content of dormant bud and raspberry fruit varieties, which include GA3, ABA and IAA, to make a comparison between the two species, analysis of the ratio and correlation of the three endogenous hormones. The results showed that the endogenous hormone content variation in the fruit of Heritage and Fertodi Zamatos were nearly the same during the process of raspberry growth and maturation,the content of GA3 reduced after increasing, IAA increased after reducing and then reduced again, ABA reduced after increasing which then reduced after increasing again. Both the ratio of GA3/ABA and GA3/IAA first increased and then decreased, while the ratio of GA3/ABA of Fertodi Zamatos increased slightly after the mature period. The ratio of IA
