松辽平原玉米带黑土酶活性变化特征研究

【目的】揭示松辽平原玉米带黑土酶活性变化规律,为建立有效的施肥制度提供参考。【方法】以松辽平原玉米带长期连作玉米的黑土为供试土壤,在田间调查、采样的基础上,测定不同区域、不同剖面构型(“波浪型”和“平面型”)下各类别土壤酶的活性,并对酶活性与土壤养分质量浓度进行相关性分析。【结果和结论】土壤酶在土壤循环中起到了生物学催化剂的作用,酶活性与土壤养分具有较强相关性,可以作为表征土壤肥力的指示性指标,其中脲酶活性表征不同条件下土壤肥力水平的效果较好。...
