Apriori algorithm is one of the classical algorithms about association rules, which is based on recursion and very simple. This method extracts data by layer-by-layer search and deduces the association rule. An improved method is mentioned to reduce the amount of candidate recordsets in connection with lots of candidate record sets generated by Apriori algorithm. So much real time data like flow, pressure, temperature and so on is available in a MOCVD recipe. The rcipe data is analyzed in a MOCVD recipe with this improved method and the association rule is deduced in this dissertation. This association rule deduced by this method can be used to evaluate a MOCVD recipe and become reference for the next recipe.
