Bibliography: | The comprehensive design experiments was introduced to pharmaceutical analysis course. Combined with experimental conditions,the content of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine in Jiaweixianglian pills were determined simultaneously by HPLC,the test and methodology of system suitability were carried out. Students were guided to design the experimental program,complete the experimental contents,summarize the experimental process and discusse the experimental results.
