Bibliography:Pancreatic cancer is the seventh most common cause of cancer deaths worldwide.Although more and more progress of oncotherapy has been achieved in recent years,very few progress has been achieved in pancreatic cancer.This review summarizes the molecular signaling pathway and relevant targeting drug,their recent clinical and experimental findings of this disease.It also presents the situation and future development of targeting treatment in pancreatic cancer.
