物流中心运作管理体验式实验课程设计与实践
体验式教学模式已在课堂教学中获得了广泛好评。为提高物流中心运作管理课程的教学效果,提升学生对物流中心运作策略的体验和领悟程度,设计了可行、有效的体验式实验课程。在教室选取不同区域的课桌为模拟物流中心的多种货架布局,将54张扑克牌作为不同种类的货物,结合物流中心内部库位选择、订单处理、分拣、包装、发货、配送等作业环节采取不同的运作策略,体验物流中心仓储系统的作业优化。基于客户订单资料的分析,体验货位重新分配和客户分级管理的效果。教学实践表明,物流中心体验式课程的实施,大幅提高了学生的听课率,提高了学生自主学习的积极性,和深层学习的主动性。合理有效地运用体验式教学方法,能改善课程的教学效果。...
