创新顶岗实习模式 助推教师教育改革

Normal universities carried on the In-Post Teaching Practice Plan can not only push the reform of pre-teacher education system,but also perfect the training system of after post. From the perspective of supervisors,they should transform the subjects from government-led development to ＂ government-led- school organized- social participated＂ mode,need to support education reform and expand internship training model to improve the comprehensive quality of normal students,need to change from the ＂ executive-led ＂ to ＂ service oriented ＂ in order to improve management efficiency and level. They also should switch the idea from just concentrating on the teaching-practice project to also emphasizing the importance of the teaching-training jobs.
