创新顶岗实习模式 助推教师教育改革

高等师范院校推行顶岗实习支教,可以撬动职前教师教育人才培养模式的改革,也可以助推职后教师教育培训机制的完善。从管理者的视角而言,未来需要从政府主导向多元主体拓展,形成"政府主导-学校组织-社会参与"的运行模式;需要从实习支教向人才培养模式改革拓展,提高师范生综合素养;需要从职前教师培养向职后教师培训拓展,构建教师教育"职前职后一体化"体系;需要从"行政主导"转向"服务本位",提高管理效率和水平;需要从独立的实习任务转向构建系统的教育实践连续体,明确实践的主题和目标。...

Normal universities carried on the In-Post Teaching Practice Plan can not only push the reform of pre-teacher education system,but also perfect the training system of after post. From the perspective of supervisors,they should transform the subjects from government-led development to " government-led- school organized- social participated" mode,need to support education reform and expand internship training model to improve the comprehensive quality of normal students,need to change from the " executive-led " to " service oriented " in order to improve management efficiency and level. They also should switch the idea from just concentrating on the teaching-practice project to also emphasizing the importance of the teaching-training jobs.
