加强实验室建设 促进学科发展
重点实验室是人才培养和科学研究的重要基地,持续推进实验室建设改革是学科建设的重要方面。西北农林科技大学农业水土工程重点实验室对实验室建设和运行中的问题进行了认真分析,为了使重点实验室建设能更好地为农业水土工程学科建设服务,成立专门机构,理顺实验室管理体制;积极争取建设经费,加强实验室硬件建设;不断加强实验室人才队伍建设;加快推动实验室资源共享与开放,提高实验室综合效益,经过几年来的实践与探索,实验室建设取得了较大发展,为农业水土工程重点学科人才培养和科学研究提供了重要支撑。...

| Bibliography: | Key laboratories are essential bases of high-qualified talent training and high-level scientific research. It is an important part for discipline construction to continuously promote the reform and construction of key laboratories. The problems involved in the construction and operation of the Key Laboratory of Agricultural Soil and Water Engineering of Northwest AF University were carefully analyzed. The specialized agency was also established to make the construction of the key laboratory better serve the construction of the discipline of agricultural soil and water engineering.
