Bibliography: | 32-1668/N diesel; butanol; exhaust gas recirculation; thermogravimetric analysis; kinetic parameter With three EGR rates of 0 , 10% and 2 0%,the characteristics of exhaust particles withbutanol/diesel blend of B10 in diesel engine were investigated by thermogravimetric test. The effect ofEGR rate on the pyrolysis and combustion characteristics of particles were discussed. The variationcharacteristics of ignition temperature, burnout temperature component percentage were also analyzed. The activation energy of oxidation reaction of the soot in particles was calculated based non isothermal method with different EGR rates. The results show that with the increasithe ignition temperature of particles is decreased with increased burnout temperature, anparticles in percentage are decreased with gradually increased volatile components with high boiling pointand fixed carbon particle fractions. Compared with B10 particles, the percentage of fixed carbon particlesin B10EGR20% paricles is increased by 23. 6% , and the activat |
