多环境下水稻株高QTL定位研究

为剖析粳稻抗旱性及株高的遗传基础,试验利用旱稻品种小白粳子和水稻品种空育131衍生的218个重组自交系群体在哈尔滨、铁力、阿城三个地点两种环境即灌溉(对照)与自然降雨(干旱胁迫)条件下检测到8个与株高性状相关的QTL。主效QTL分三类:第一类即仅在对照条件下检测到的QTL共4个,第二类QTL受干旱胁迫诱导即仅在干旱条件下检测到的QTL共3个,第三类即在对照和干旱条件下均检测出的QTL 1个。此外还检测到2个影响胁迫与对照条件下性状差值QTL。...

To determine the drought resistance of japonica rice and the genetic basis of plant height, this study uses 218 recombinant inbred lines from a cross between Xiaobaijingzi (upland rice) and Kongyu131 (Oryza sativa L.). Eight main-effect quantitative trait loci (QTLs) were detected for plant height in three places under drought stress and control conditions. The main-effect QTLs belong to three categories: four QTLs that were detected only in the control condition, three that were detected only in the drought condition and only one that were simultaneously detected in the control and drought conditions. Otherwise two QTLs that impact the difference between the drought stress and control conditions were detected.
