农业院校研究生创新实验项目的设计与实践

根据农业院校化学工程与技术学科研究生的生源情况和专业特点,设计了一个创新实验项目。以异喹啉和六水氯化钴为原料,在含有浓盐酸的甲醇溶液中制备了四氯合钴(II)酸异喹啉盐杂化材料.用元素分析、X-射线衍射等手段表征了其组成和结构,研究了其红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱和磁学性能。实践表明,该实验项目原料易得,合成步骤简单,涵盖有机化学、配位化学、分析化学、晶体化学和分子磁化学等诸多知识点,具有一定的研究性和学术性,有利于培养研究生的创新能力和科学研究的能力。...

Bibliography:An innovation experiment project was designed according to the situation of graduate student source for chemical engineering and technology discipline in agricultural colleges and universities,and combining with the professional characteristics.A bis(quinolinium) tetrachlorocobaltate(II) salt was prepared by using isoquinoline and CoCl2 ? 6H20 as starting materials in methanol acidified with concentrated hydrochloric acid.The composition and structure of the complex were characterized by elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction.The IR,UV-Vis spectra and magnetic property were investigated.Practice showed that the experiment project has simple synthetic steps and uses raw materials easily,and contains organic chemistry,coordination chemistry,analytical chemistry,crystal chemistry and molecular magnetic chemistry and other knowledge,and has certain research and academic characteristics,is beneficial to cultivate graduate students innovation ability and scientific research capacity.
